Canico Plaza is a comfortable, light and modern apartment. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitcken (with utility balcony) and a large lounge/dining area with cable TV and balcony.
The apartment is on the third floor and is serviced by both stairs and a lift. Below the block there is a secure parking area with electric doors and immediate access to the lift.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is en-suite and has a new double bed and bedside cabinets plus enormous built-in storage and wardrobe space. It's tastefully decorated with real wood floor and a full-length window with views towards Canico village and the hills beyond.
Bedroom 2 has two new single beds, double built-in wardrobe, wood floor and full length window overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the ocean.
Kitchen and dining
The Kitchen is provided with all the necessities to cater easily for 4 hungry adults. There is a 4 ring gas cooker with oven, a large new refrigerator and a small breakfast table. The kitchen opens to a utility balcony where clothes washed in the machine may be dried on the line.
The spacious Dining area is conveniently set right by the kitchen and seats 6 in comfort at a extendable real wood table.
Living area
The lounge has seating for 4 plus cable TV. The large picture window gives acces to a west-facing balcony overlooking the pool; the ideal place to sit with a drink after a busy day and catch the last of the day's sunshine.
Canico town
The centre of town is a 10 minute walk. It has a charming square where a vegetable market is held on Sunday Mornings. There are restaurants and shops closeby.
